Ceol Mor Software and Publishing Ltd are a small software and publishing company based in Scotland, UK. They develop Windows based music notation software for traditional music instruments such as the Highland Bagpipe and Pipe Band Drumming. They have existing products on the market - PiobMaster 2.3 and DrumScriobh 2.0. They are underway to complete the development of our new upgrade to their bagpipe notation application PiobMaster to bring it to version 3.0. Little is known about the new features at this time, any new infomation will be posted.
