Richmond County Pipes and Drums, Inc. is a small, family orientated bagpipe & drum band based in Staten Island. We are always looking for new members to join us. The band offers FREE piping and drumming lessons to students of all ages. Beginners are always welcome. All we ask is that you like to have fun and want to participate in community activities especially the month of March but also other times of the year. We participate in events in all over Staten Island, Brooklyn, Manhattan, Long Island, and New Jersey.
