The Royal New Zealand Pipe Bands ’ Association’s Grading Committee has made the following determinations following the conclusion of the 2024/25 …

• New Zealand Police Pipe Band demoted from G1 to G2.
• Metro Scottish Pipe Band promoted G4A to G3.
• ILT City of Invercargill Highland Pipe Band promoted G4B to G4A.

These changes come into effect immediately.
